HOUSE RULES

Occupancy & Parking

• Maximum of 14 guests allowed.
• Maximum of 8 vehicles, all must be parked in the back.
• No street parking.
• No access to the detached garage.

Age & Check-In

• Guest must be 25 years or older to book.
• No early check-in without expressed permission.

Noise & Events

• Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
• Please keep noise toward the back of the property — our elderly neighbors appreciate the quiet.
• No parties or events are allowed.

Pets & Smoking

• No pets allowed.
• No smoking inside the property

Pool & Hot Tub

• No jumping or diving into the swimming pool.
• Use the pool ladder to enter and exit the pool.
• No glass or glass dishes on the pool deck or near the pool.
• Shower and rinse before entering the hot tub.
• Keep the hot tub cover closed and locked when not in use.

Fire Pit & Outdoor Area

• Ensure the fire pit is completely extinguished before leaving it unattended.

Cleanliness & Safety

• Do not sit or place items on the pool table.
• No glitter inside the cabin.
• This property is located in a wooded forest area — it’s normal to see bugs, insects, and wildlife outside.
• The property is maintained with routine pest control services.
• Do not approach or feed wildlife.
• Do not enter neighboring properties or interact with livestock — strictly prohibited.
